Max Fisch has done an immense amount of things in his real estate career. He started out as a mortgage originator in the early 2000's before quickly getting into flipping. Over the years, he's completed hundreds of real estate transactions by way of financing, wholesaling, acquisition, rehabbing, and long-term investing in the Philadelphia, PA area. His deals average $500k+, so he works 4-6 rehabs per year, along with 25-35 wholesale transactions. Seeing a need in his business and in the market, Max founded Real Estate Project Solutions, a full service virtual assistant agency that provides leverage to those in the real estate industry that need it.
