It depends on the episode...

I have only listened to a few episodes. The one on A's and B's is a must-listen. It was eye-opening and informative. The one on Radical Candor is not. They clearly haven't read the book or listened to the Radical Candor podcast, yet they still cast themselves as experts on someone else's work.

Excellente

Mike and Mike have a great pod here. It's quite refreshing to hear a podcast that delves into subjects like listening, feedback, and energy but in a light and engaging mode. It feels like you are out with colleagues over lunch or drinks, not simply reading a blog post. Plus, they're funny. You finish each episode a little more motivated to take on the little challenges in life.
