Best 8 mins to turbocharge your mind!

So relaxing!

Katie’s voice is so soothing and relaxing. She takes time to explain the importance of meditation, then guides you through a quick, but thoughtful meditation. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try out meditation and don’t have a lot of time!
