My saving grace!

This podcast has been a godsend these last couple weeks for me while dealing with some trauma and grief. I listen to an episode everyday and it helps me relax and gives me hope. This is also the only meditation podcast I’ve found that is so soothing & peaceful. I really connect with this podcast. Thankful for Katie and her podcast!

Best MeditationPodcast!

I was looking for a calm/peaceful voice with guided devotions/meditations that have to deal with my daily life and Katie hits all the points I was looking for. I am a Christian and I do yoga but never liked the idea of meditating in complete silence or with thoughts that go against my beliefs. She guides the mind to a safe place and a better place and has episodes on so many topics. She helped me get rid of my adrenal fatigue and anxiety with nightly practice. She raised my awareness of my stress/thoughts I used to push to the side and let build up which turned into anxiety. I am now have a better mind/body/emotional connection.
