My go-to

Finding the podcast has been the best thing for my mind.
In a busy 8-5 work environment this podcast is perfect to go to when I need a quick reset.

The opposite of relaxed ,

Calming

I’ve been listening to the same mediations for years and wanted to find something new in between. Chel’s voice is so smooth and calming, something lacking in other podcasts. Either the voices are off putting or there is so much ad pumping it defeats the purpose. I appreciate that I can just take 10-15 in my day. It’s really a great podcast.
