I went through a very traumatic incident in 2020. My counselor told me to include meditation as part of my healing journey. Through my own search, I came across this podcast. 5 years later it is still in my routine and my stepdaughters of 2 years (now ages 9 and 11) love to listen to the sleep meditations before bed! I’ve listened to dozens of her podcasts. This one just shook me to my core. Can I give this 1 billion stars? I will definitely be saving this one and thank you for helping me find healthy ways to work through stress, gratitude, emotions and just life in general.
Best way to relax

I use this podcast to relax at night and sleep and it is so helpful. Also I look for an episode if I can getting stressed or know I will be facing a stressful situation. Chel, could you do an episode on mindful eating? I am trying to slow down and really savor food and eat less in the New Year. I am sure others are doing the same. Having something to listen to while I eat I thought might help. Thanks for this podcast, it is so helpful to my life!
