These quick meditations are perfect!

I love these quick meditation pebbles! I do them with my husband and three foster kids every night and they love it. 5 minutes is the perfect amount of time to be able to keep the kids participating every day and it’s been an awesome experience. We ran out of new episodes and are patiently waiting for more! I’ve been telling all of my friends about this podcast.
