    Episode 8. Defuse Arguments

    Episode 8. Defuse Arguments

Today’s episode: Is about how to defuse arguments. For most of us, arguing is extremely unpleasant and stressful. As we walk through our days, we hope that most of our interactions will be satisfying and free of conflict. Most people get triggered when they become challenged or confronted by others, especially if there is a difference in their opinions. Some people have such a desire, and they are determined to argue no matter what. This could be about almost anything and with anyone, including our most intimate partners, family members, friends, or colleagues. Unsolved arguments weigh heavily, both mentally and physically, on both parties. Sustained arguments can initiate a fight-or-flight response, which can take its toll on both parties immune systems and overall well-being.

    Episode 7. Resentment

    Episode 7. Resentment

Today’s episode: Is about Resentment. What is it? Do you have some? Resentment is a negative emotional reaction to being mistreated or wronged by another person. With a mixture of disappointment, disgust, and anger, or as some therapists call it, a mood. It’s a heavy emotion that can be extremely draining on our mind, body, and energy. If we carry around unresolved emotions and judgments for a long period of time, they eventually weigh us down and we are left feeling uncomfortable, irritated, tired, and run down. 95% of our thoughts, emotions, perceptions, and behavioral patterns are unconscious. We are simply not aware of all the old programs and judgments that take our energy and creativity.

Episode 6. You can Suffer or Love

Episode 6. You can Suffer or Love

Today’s episode: Is about pain and suffering. Pain is
one of its most touching melodies. It affects us so deeply and emotionally. It is also a messenger, a teacher, a guide. It whispers the truths, unravels realities, and unveils wisdom. Pain is not just a feeling, it’s a language. A language that speaks of our struggles, our challenges, our growth. When we listen to our pain, we hear stories of resilience, tales of strength, chronicles of endurance. We learn lessons of patience, courage, and hope. We discover our potential, our capabilities, our power. We should consider pain as a mirror that reflects our deepest fears, our hidden wounds, and our silent battles. Yet, it also serves as a beacon, guiding us towards healing, growth, and transformation. It acts as a compass, pointing us towards our truth, our purpose, our destiny. Embracing pain, we should not fear its presence, instead we should honor it.

    Episode 5. Infidelity

    Episode 5. Infidelity

Today’s episode is about Infidelity. Have you ever been infatuated with someone? It was as if they could do nothing wrong. They made your heart beating so fast. You just knew they were … The One. But then things started to unravel. This perfect person “disappointed” you. You began to see that they weren’t so
perfect after all. And it really bummed you out. For some reason, you imagined that there would be all positives and no negatives. All support and no challenges. The reality of who they really were didn’t match the fantasy of who you wanted them to be. This kind of imbalanced thinking has been the death of many relationships and marriages. I know I’m guilty of it. Been there. More times than I’d care to admit.

Episode 4. What is your purpose?

Episode 4. What is your purpose?

Today’s episode is about Purpose. Are you struggling to find meaning and direction in your life? Have you been advised to
follow your passion and been told your success will follow? Sorry to disappoint you, but building a life centered around passion will only offer temporary satisfaction, and it’s not the answer to a meaningful life. Discovering your purpose is a crucial step to
building a life that you love.

Episode 3. Stress is a killer, if you believe it

Episode 3. Stress is a killer, if you believe it

Today’s episode I will explain how to overcome stress by rewiring your thinking patterns about stress. What is stress? According to American Psychological Associations “Stress in America” survey conducted in 2021, nearly 80 % of American adults reported experiencing symptoms of stress as body aches, fatigue, or feelings of anger or irritability. It’s important to understand that stress is a feedback mechanism and not something negative that should be avoided at all costs.
