My intention for the Men with Heart podcast is to bring awareness to many topics that men don't really ever talk about. Talking openly and honesty brings clarity and connection, as we learn we are not alone in this adventure called life.Over the years I have found that my deepest heartfelt connections with people have come when we let the walls of protection down and open to our vulnerability and truly step into our courage. These are those conversations of true and authentic connection.

Dr Mike Lane
Compassion and trust in action.
Dr Mike is a rare individual. I experienced this first hand while teaching a group of my peers a movement, after the emotional effort of teaching Mike so very quietly walked up to me and he just put his arm around my shoulders and gave me a soft squeeze, I would trust him in any exploration of heart and trust and care.
