Refreshing and enlightening!

I enjoy listening to Dr.Jenna's podcasts, and find myself able to easily relate to the topics and discussions she presents, and many of the topics always seem to resonate with me. This podcast has taught me that we are never really alone on our journey through this life, others may very well be struggling with the same issues we are. The insight, and tips Dr.Jenna and her guest speakers have provided has already helped me reflect on my own struggles, and how to conquer them. I look forward to continuing to follow along, and if you are looking to begin your own journey of self care and reflection, I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen!
