Menlo Midweek: What Do Humans Do With Sin? | Adam Hendrix Menlo Church Podcasts

    • Christianity

Adam Hendrix is back on with Mark and Jess this week to discuss his sabbatical and closing our Being Human series!
The word "sin" sounds outdated, old-fashioned, heavy-handed, and guilt-producing. But it’s right there in the Bible. What do we do with that? This week, we explore David's major sin and look at how we, as Christians, don't need to avoid sin, but DO need to recognize and become aware of sin. After all, sin, failures, and mistakes are never the end of the story—redemption is. Use Psalm 51 in the Psalm book to examine your heart. Ask God to help you recognize the sin in your life. And then, meditate on Psalm as a way to turn toward the path of redemption.
