These were the opening words to a NYT opinion piece from 1997 and here we are 24 years later. As we were having these conversations, we realised it was mental health month which just goes to show how this topic is increasingly top of mind for us, and probably for others too. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an undertone of the ever-present mental health issues around the world.
