During this Mental Health month, I truly think we all need spiritual and emotional boost. We need to keep going. I read my own poem at the beginning of this podcast and at the end I did a poem by Forest Blakk titled Wildfire. We need to stay alive and be the WILDFIRE for ourselves and the others.
