Insightful interviews w multidisciplinary approaches

Super interesting and very applicable to anyone constantly striving for improvement in their life. The variety of guests Renita has on is incredible and unpredictable in the best way. Every episode there is something new to take away about peak performance and as a whole, there's so many commonalities we're able to find in the mindset of the varied disciplines and experiences of her master guests. I've gained a lot of great info and have done further research after listening to many of the episodes.

Actionable advice from a wonderful coach and a dear friend

I am one of the fortunate few who has gotten advice from Renita every week 1:1 for more than an year. She is an excellent teacher who a) understands your context very well b) and then follows through with very actionable advice that you can apply right away c) advice that shows results.

What I love about Renita's teachings is that she teaches foundational, core ideas that can develop into keystone habits which in turn can bring about huge changes over time. I am lucky to call her a dear friend who I can count on to ground and center me, whenever life starts getting a bit too overwhelming.
