Today is another day of unknowns. Tomorrow will be the same. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, most lives in America are now turned upside down. We are in the midst of a national crisis.

Time to be resilient!

Are you resilient in this uncertain time? Psychological resilience is the ability to mentally or emotionally cope with a crisis or to return to pre-crisis status quickly. Resilience exists when you use proven mental tools and techniques in promoting your personal assets and protecting yourself from the potential negative effects of internal and external stressors or Zone breakers.

Adversity is a fact of life. Every day we run a gauntlet of adversity. Resilience is the quality that allows you to be knocked down by life and come back at least as strong as before. Rather than letting difficulties or failure overcome you and drain your resolve, champions find a way to rise.

Resilience is not some mythical quality. It takes positive thoughts to transcend hardship. But even after misfortune, resilient people are able to change course and move toward achieving their vision and goals.

What happens to my income? Do I have enough food and money to last a 30-day disruption? My mother is in a nursing home. Is she protected or not? We are at a national emergency crossroad. America needs extreme positivity right now. We need solution-oriented thinking. We need to adjust and adapt.

The person with the most constants in an extreme state of variables will prevail.
