Tough Conversations

I enjoy this podcast, and think it’s a great resource for anyone interested in the “inside baseball” type of view on the mental health field. The podcast is fairly new still and finding its footing but the audio is solid and the host is comfortable on the mic.

Informative, Entertaining and Practical

This is a great podcast for everyone. The episodes contain useful and practical tips and tools that can be practiced in your daily lives. It covers a wide variety of topics. Seth, as the host, is very personable and does a great job moderating the podcast. The content is interesting, real and sometimes raw, done in a very engaging manner. With each episode, I could easily think of a couple people that would benefit from hearing the podcast and will make recommendations to them. Life can be hectic and messy and this podcast will make it a little more manageable.
