Mentor and Great info

So Yeah Kyle is a great mentor for podcasters in the area, but his podcast is at times funny, insightful, philosophical and the subject matter is somehting that I normally could care less about, however, he makes me care in his enthusiasm and wit. Off road races and settign them up never sounded so good, give it a try, you wil be hitting the subscribe button before you know it.

Unlocking the secrets of making a fantastic race

Kyle is helping shine a light on an industry that, despite having a bunch of great folks, is generally terrible at documentation and building systems and processes. He takes his engineering mindset and applies to something lots of us have thought about - putting on our own outdoor race. Mountain biking, trail running, adventure racing, triathalon, etc. all follow the same requirements to get started and then succeed. Kyle walks his listeners through each step of the process, laying out the pitfalls and highlighting the best practices, all in an effort to help race directors improve themselves and their products. If you're in the outdoor recreation industry, this podcast is a must listen!

Want to see what it takes to be a race promoter?

Kyle offers amazingly great tips for putting on your own race events. I'm not currently planning on putting on my own race, but the information provided is very interesting. It provides a peek behind the scenes about how to put on your own races, and how to plan for everything going wrong. Simply put: Great Content. Subscribe.
