Today, our assumptions about the way the world works break down in our increasingly networked, information-driven, and often chaotic global society. The guests we will bring to you on this podcast will challenge us to plunge courageously into this unfamiliar territory with the unprecedented degree of sophisticated and critical thought this realm demands. Here, you will get an intimate window into the lives and minds of the thought leaders, the trailblazers, the visionaries, those who define our changing lives with their ingenuity, perspicacity, and grit.

A Creative Revision of the Future

It’s difficult to call a project ambitious without sounding rather trite and uninspired. But Metacognition is ambitious in every good sense of the word. The postmodern condition urges incredulity towards metanarratives and emphasizes a revisionist rendering of the past. While this revisionist hermeneutic has been fruitful, it is a tool that seldom functions outside of historical reconstruction. Metacognition is an expression of what revision looks like outside of a critical theory of the past. Metacognition is a revision of the future. One of which takes the exciting shape of possibilities, experiences, and constructs unknown.

I can’t wait for more.
