Michaela Gooden: The former professional football player turned stylist and agent, paving the way for women in sports I LIKE NETWORKING

On today's podcast, we talk a lot about career pivots and carving your space against all odds.

Michaela Gooden is a former football player who has had the opportunity to take up a variety of roles in the football industry. From playing professionally to coaching, teaching and now working as an agent.

She started her footballing journey at the tender age of 9 where she joined Fulham Centre of Excellence and remained a key player throughout the duration of her childhood, before receiving a 4-year scholarship to play in the USA. 

In addition to experiencing many roles in the world of football, Michaela has also had a successful career in the creative industry working as a personal stylist, working on magazine shoots, TV shows, music videos, and general day-to-day looks for TV personalities.

Born and raised in SW London to a family of 6, Michaela has worked hard to establish herself in the football world and is now paving the way as an agent for females wanting a career in this industry and hopes to set a path to make the journey less arduous than it currently is.
