He tries his best to get the essence of Mr. Hayes, but it is left to you the listener to determine if Matt succeeded. Tim tells us his thoughts on the first time of viewing this movie as well as his thoughts on the character Shaft. Rick gives us a rundown on the relevance of this film in society and the culture around it. It's Clint Eastwoods first Directorial western "High Plains Drifter" Matt, Tim, Joey and Rick ride into town to give us their thoughts on the first time they watched this film. Rick informs us about how he only recently watched this film all the way through and has some serious thoughts on The Stranger and his interactions with the female characters. Joey runs counterpoint to the films message about revenge from beyond a grave. Most importantly when we see some of the all too explainable actions from the Stranger and what he does to the townspeople. Tim gives us a little history lesson on the actions of Clint Eastwood and John Wayne and why the two never really made a Western film together. Finally the guys discuss the value of ambiguity in an ending verses flat out explaining the content of the film. Do we know for a fact that the Stranger was a spirit of vengeance? Rick does give us his account of first seeing this film and thinking it was really dumb when he was a young punk kid.     It's Groundhog Day!!!! er I think, well the guys are joined by Cyber and Andres as they discuss the 1993 classic Groundhog Day Starring Bill Murray, Andy McDowell , Chris Elliot and Brian Doyle Murray. Hey I think this is a sense of Deja Vu?   MIDDLE AGE MOVIE REVIEWS EPISODE 90 - Groundhog Day!! (Again?!) It's another fine day here at Middle Age Movie reviews as the guys are joined again by Andres from the Andres' Pop Culture Guy and Cyber from CyberneticShark YouTube channels.  There is a bit of Deja Vu as the guys discuss this classic from 1993 Starring Bill Murray, Andie MacDowell. Groundhog Day. Matt gives us the synopsis of our film tonight in the vein of needle nose Ned.  The guys also discuss when the first time they seen the film.  Oddly enough not a who lot of them saw this in the theater, but have seen it several times since in came out on DVD or VHS.
