I've been creating video content on Youtube for over a decade. Then one night, I just put down the camera and recorded this audio file. It was liberating to not having to look into a camera and not needing to be pretty. I could just tune into my body, and explore what my voice can transmit.
This goes one layer deeper. It is an invitation for you to be more inward as you listen and connect with yourself as I create a safe space to sink into your own heart.
