Malillumination is not getting the correct light and bombarding yourself with non-native lights and that’s exactly what I chat about with my latest HYDRATE guest, Mike Belkowski.
 
Mike argues that when you surrounding yourself with blue light, Bluetooth, wifi, laptop, T.V., and your cell phone, it’s just as bad as eating Mcdonald's. In today’s modern world, we are constantly exposed to non-native lighting, and getting in the correct natural lighting daily is a struggle.
