What a great find!

Amy is so lovely! I started listening to her podcast and couldn’t stop! Her voice is so soothing and fun! I love how she shares her wisdom and expertise without being pushy! I find it’s rare to find people who share their paid programs while being super supportive to those who just want the “free stuff” - what a lovely way to honor her audience and be of service! Looking forward to future episodes!

Genuine, fun and engaging

Amy is a talented interviewer and brings out the best stories people have of their lives. In other episodes she explains the aspects of triathlon and endurance sports in a way that helps beginners understand and lean the answers to questions they might feel to self-conscious to ask. Great stuff and a must-listen.
