Michael Okins is the Commander In Chief (CINC) or the Military Order Of World Wars (MOWW). This group of military officers provides local assistance to various veteran’s projects and has an emphasis on youth programs. They have a new program that started a year ago called the Patriot program that invites nonmilitary officers to join them in their quest to live up to their credo, “It is nobler to serve, than to be served.”
