Why some people adapt better than others when they lose someone.
How to move through healing when we’re overwhelmed with grief.

Most of us have experienced grief, whether from the death of a loved one or pet, a terminal or life-changing diagnosis for you or someone you love, or even a difficult breakup or divorce.

Death is still the number one fear that humans have so there can be a lot of emotions around it. There’s a feeling of unknown for most people which can cause more fear. But even more painful can be trying to visualize your life without that person in it.

Turns out, it takes a long time for our brains to really internalize that someone is gone. So today we’re learning about what happens to our brains on grief. Our guest is Mary-Frances O'Connor. is an associate professor of psychology at the University of Arizona, where she directs the Grief, Loss, and Social Stress (GLASS) Lab in investigating the effects of grief on the brain and the body. The Lost Tradition of Divine Mother Healing with Connie Huebner • X81

    We will learn:
How to draw awareness to your energy blockages.
    How to summon divine energy.
A specific exercise for connecting to spirit and divine mother.

Did you know there was an intentional shift from matriarchy to patriarchy in which the feminine aspect of the divine was suppressed?

In Jesus time, according to our earliest records, we see that God wasn’t merely a masculine force. There was always a divine feminine or Divine Mother that was the equal balance of feminine energy.

Our guest Connie Huebner spent 13 years seeking a direct connection to god. Through the depths of consciousness and meditation she connected with Jesus and the ascended masters and finally after 13 years she had a direct experience with Divine Mother, the feminine force of Creation, and the female aspect of God!

For the past 20 years, Connie has honed, refined, employed and taught the Vibrational Healing Tools that have been introduced to her via the Divine Mother. So today we’re going to learn those tools.

Melissa helped me out of A 30 year lowlight reel.

I was going through the motions of life stuck in a wheel of self doubt. I kept taking small steps forward but didn’t have the real courage I needed to believe in myself. I found this show around episode 10 and the world started to change. I found my courage and took on grad school at 58. I still fight myself everyday but now I win sometimes and I know that It’s ok. Sometimes courage isn’t a sudden change but the quiet voice that tells you to keep going. Thanks Melissa for helping me hear myself.
