Strong message

Brandt is a long time friend of mine and in Mind Medicine, he explores different ways mental health affects day to day life and how important it is to be open with those around you. Positive message that all should hear along with ways to get over those mental barriers.

Real truth

No bud in this podcast. Nothing but the truth and what needs to be heard. Asking for help is hard and that’s why society needs to praise it. Challenge the mf*** stigma!

Vulnerability in the Warrior World

The 38 Challenge podcast speaks to a culture that usually doesn’t get to share their vulnerabilities, but has something for all listeners! Combat veterans, college students, and everyone in between will leave these episodes a little more honest and compassionate.
