The coolest dudes to hang out with

I just discovered these guys after starting yet another fitness journey a few months ago. I have started listening from the beginning and listening to the new ones. These guys are so down to earth and real, they remind me of the best buds I have. I feel like I know these guys so we’ll and they always give ma a laugh and teach me something n every day. Love! Entertaining, informative, and fun.

I started listening to these guys about five months ago, after a recommendation from my cousin. I listen daily, and I feel as though I have learned so much in a short time! They are so hilarious that sometimes they make me almost missed a rep on my workouts because I start laughing! I also really appreciate how much they value their families and children. The content has variety which makes it interesting and informative on multiple fronts. The programs are also amazing! I have gotten so much stronger from following maps anabolic! I have also recommended them to my family and have successfully gotten my mom, two sisters, and a brother on some of their various programs. Can’t recommend enough!
