Fundamental Fitness + Entertainment
Great show to learn the basics of exercise and nutrition. If you’re already well versed in fitness, it provides a great reminder to stick to what works.
The hosts are knowledgeable but also extremely entertaining. Their humor, banter, and perspectives may not be for everyone, but I love them and find myself laughing maniacally in the car listening to them on a regular basis!
I have learned so much! Thank you!
I can’t thank you enough for this podcast. I have listened to this for several years now on my 45 minute commutes to and from work. Fantastic conversation, intelligent discussion with facts to support findings, wide range of topics discussed, and just overall great information to make your every day life better. This is the one podcast that both my husband and I can both listen to, enjoy and discuss. Thanks for creating this discussion, making my commutes manageable, and helping to promote my overall health and fitness. You guys rock!
Entertaining + educational
I started listening in spring 2020, and been hooked since! I love the intro part because they talk about all kinds of topics that I wouldn’t seek out on my own so it’s educational and entertaining. And of course the fitness tips in the second half are super helpful too. I’ve learned a lot more from this podcast than I ever learned from reading personal training books and different websites. I listen daily either when working out or on my walks.
