I have found mindful 180 to be a very helpful and calming part of my day. Joy's voice is soothing and the pace of the meditations help slow the body down.

Simple Breath Meditation

Joy has a very soothing voice as she walks us through a simple meditation exercise. This is a practical, easy meditation that Joy encourages the listener to use at any time. Even this short meditation helped me relax after a busy day.
