21 day mindfulness challenge

I just completed the mindfulness challenge and loved and appreciated everyday of it. This was my first introduction to mindfulness. I was not familiar with the term and loved the real world experience method of learning more about it and more about me. I would love to participate in more challenges.

The only thing I would recommend it having an entire episode dedicated to the informing listeners about the ideology and benefits of mindfulness. I kind of just went with it but would have loved if I had more of a defined goal in mind.

UPDATE
I’ve been listening to Rachel for months now and I’m TREMENDOUSLY grateful for the reflection episodes and guided meditations. These episodes are helping me battle anxiety. I try to listen everyday bc if I miss a few days my anxiety builds back up. The meditations help bring back to a more balanced state. I find them much more helpful and whole lot less boring than the meditations on the CALM app.

Meditation is great. Not so sure about the reflections

I just started listening for a few weeks. I enjoy the meditations a lot but the reflections makes me so anxious to listen to. I wish the cadence and voice could leave a little space or be a little conducive to inner reflections and inner calm thoughts. Just a feedback
