Sober Curious in January MindFULL conversations

Some of us have heard the phrase Dry January. In this epsiode, I'm supporting my friend, Kay Allison's mission to help professional women get free of alcohol to lose their anxiety, imposter syndrome, and stress. Kay's insights, stories, and practical tools are helping women step out of their fear, anxiety, and shame and into their Juicy AF life to reach their full potential.

I read the book and have heard Kay speak a few times. Here are a few of my takeaways:
1. Kay lays out several spiritual principals. Following 1 a week can help you change your life perspective.
2. Instead of a drink at night, I grab my favorite glass (for me, it is a habit of holding it at 5pm) and make a mock-tail. There are so many out there!  Kay also gives you other tips to fill the "drinking space".
3. Write down your story of origin and flip it over. You'll see things you never saw before.
