He is the former director of the Pennsylvania Correctional Institution’s inpatient psychiatric program. Along with his practitioner wife, Angelika Sadar, he is working with BrainARC Switzerland, developing evaluations and protocols based on analysis of EEG and event related potentials to help guide bio- and neurofeedback protocols, and make recommendations regarding psychotherapy and lifestyle changes. He is also the president of NRBS.
