Our mindsets determine the way we see the world, as well as, the way we behave and who we are as people.
It’s very easy and normal to stay stuck in fixed mindsets - limiting beliefs about our abilities and skills that prevents us to learn new things.
We can intentionally cultivate a growth mindset that allows to stretch our mind and amplify the realm of possibilities of what we do, and who we are.
Amplifying our mindsets is one of the secrets of success, from most entrepreneurs, freelancers and self-employed professionals and professionals out there.
Focus Without Focus
I consider myself a workaholic, because I’m truly compelled to do my work. I love what I do. It’s so easy to get in the work mode and stay there.
Yet – and this is the dark side of workaholism – it’s very easy for me to get busy and focus my attention on chores that aren't that important – they don’t help me finish a project, or they help me finish a project, but not the project I should be working on.

Invisibilia – The Blind Can See
Today's episode goal is to invite you to go and listen to a different podcast – really.
This is one of the things I love about the podcasting world.
Like authors and professionals speakers, we know that people who read a book, listen to a speaker, or a podcast, will enjoy reading others books, listening to other speakers, and subscribing to other podcasts.
We don’t see each other as competition.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for creating such an impactful podcast! I believe that we all have a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for putting this into the world! BE UNBROKEN! @MichaelUnbroken
Particularly enjoyed the episode on mindset shifts in productivity!
Episode 40 had so many important take-aways. If you’re an overworked business owner - this episode is a must.
I found this podcast during a painful time...
Thank you for creating this podcast! I have been struggling with so many areas of my mindset lately it has been hard to feel that I’m worthy of the blessings in my life. Professionally, I have never had a more difficult experience than I have lately. As I listen to each episode I feel equipped with new tools to combat the dark, desperate, lonely feelings of failure and defeat and the “now.” And start embracing the power of “yet.” Your words and lessons from episodes 2 onward have been a reminder that the hopes and dreams I hold dear really can become reality. My best possible self does not have to be a dream of some distant time. I have the ability to overcome the challenges and failures I’ve experienced and learn how to be bigger, stronger, and faster than all of them!
If someone reading this is debating whether or not to dive into this podcast, my advice is to do it and listen carefully for the moments of wisdom. When you find them, do not fear applying them to your life! When you apply the principles of a growth mindset it’s like being reborn. Healing is what it has been for me so far, healing for wounds that I caused myself like self-doubt, self-deprecation, very low self-worth and depression. For those of you who have dealt with those kinds of troubles in your lives, LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST. I also recommend the uplifter ap, which has been life-changing for me.
Ana- thank you again for doing this. Please continue!!
