In celebration of our one hundredth episode I’d bring back one of the leading experts in this community, author Courtney Carver. If you’re not familiar with Courtney, pause the episode and do a quick Google search as you’ll see Courtney has done/and is doing important things in the minimalist community around the world. Her work has been featured in countless articles, podcasts and interviews on simplicity. She is here today to discuss her latest book Project 333: The Minimalist Challenge That Proves Less Really Is So Much More that releases in March.
While you may have heard of the challenge before, this book truly dives deep into the cyclical nature of consumerism and consistent lack of satisfaction with our purchases, along with tips, solutions and inspiration that shows us that we are so much more than what we wear!

Homeschool Minimizing Mama ,

My favorite podcast!

I LOVE this podcast! It is by far my favorite. The ladies are fun to listen to. It makes me feel like I’m having coffee with a friend. I know during each episode I will receive encouragement and wisdom. The tips are practical and relatable. I walk away with motivation to go minimize or reorganize something in my life. Thank you!!!

MiniMamma ,

Easy listen

Great content and personal touches. Your podcast is very informative and also relaxing to listen to. Keep up the good work :)

Majernik ,

I look forward to each new episode!

I especially enjoyed the interview with Stephanie Seferian. There’s no doubt that being minimalist and eco-conscious go hand in hand. My first swap was plastic to metal straws and now I’ve ditched paper towels and instead use cloth diapers. Wool dryer balls, reusable snack/sandwich bags, and silicone baking mats are next on the list.
