    Comparisonitis

    Stress-less Christmas

    Christmas = jolly, right?! As much as we love the word jolly (and roly-poly), we know that unfortunately the festive season can be a source of stress rather than joy sometimes.     Confidence

We talk about the Confidence Catch-22 and the importance of various c-words (no, not that one – behave!) in building confidence: having the courage to start, offering yourself compassion as you learn, letting go of self criticism, and developing competence.     A warm welcome to our podcast – Mission Imperfect: navigating life with coaches Kirsty and Kathryn. So who are we? We’re both former HR professionals, mums, and now life coaches, but we are definitely two people, living in London and Devon respectively. We love tea and biscuits and talking all about the messiness of life, and finding your own path through it, imperfectly but your way. In this brief intro episode we introduce ourselves, discuss why we decided to do a podcast, what our intentions are for our listeners and how we hope you will enjoy our imperfect musings over the upcoming topics.
