Key Takeaways
Don’t coach in an area in which you don’t have experience. It’s not ethical.  To build your company, get testimonials from people who respect you for how they’ve gained or transformed from your coaching.  Coaching is mostly not about telling people what to do, it’s sharing your experience and what strategies worked and what can work for them too.  Failure is not the opposite of success, giving up is. You can't fail as long as you're pushing through all setbacks and hindrances.

“You don’t have to be the best in the world to be a coach, you just have to be experienced in what your client needs.” —  Mitch Russo
