I listen to the episodes over and over!

Jefferson and Brad do such a fantastic and thorough job going through the nuts and bolts of how to evaluate a park, red flags to look for, how to successfully operate a park once you own it, and much more. Seriously, this info is worth thousands of dollars. I am in the process of buying my first park as a result of my time listening to this podcast. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting into the Industry.

Did the podcast get cancelled in 2019? No more new ones are coming out.

I enjoyed your podcast but many things have changed the last three months. I would very much enjoy a recent commentary on the current market conditions? It would also be helpful to get a forecast for the rest of 2020 & 2021? My tenants are paying their rents and we haven’t increased vacancy, so far good but we could have a great deal of volatility?
