Informative and easy to understand

I have always been very interested in TCM. I grew up consuming them myself. I love how informative these podcasts are because I can easily listen to them when I am looking to do a bit more learning regarding our body and health. I recently got my hands on your tea and love the taste of the tea and the ingredients. We should all nourish our body from the inside out, and it starts with what we feed our body with. These podcast explains a lot about how to balance our body with proper nutrients and find harmony within ourself by elements of TCM. I highly recommend taking a listen to these podcast and absorb the abundant of information that has been given here, and incorporate TCM and see how different you will feel. Try your tea as a starting point
