This week I do a mini interview with my soon to be 9 year old daughter Hadley, she prefers to be called Hads. We share some of our favorite things, including our fav swift eras.
The rest of the episode is dedicated to a new series I launched last month when the new House of Libra szn started. A series where I record myself in my kitchen at night once the gummy hits and I've snuck downstairs to find a cure of my case of the munchies. I share what snack I'm always eating as well as whatever intrusive, lucid, or high thought crosses my mind in real time. I know I know in my Michigan girl era.

Molly and Marcy are wonderful examples of women working on themselves! If you have an interest in self development and self awareness, they are very vulnerable in sharing their stories (both triumphs and struggles). I admire them both and look forward to each new episode, as they are both so relatable and inspiring. Great work ladies, sending lots of love and positivity to you both!

I only listened to the latest episode. And...no. Just, no. The editing is not good. At all. It’s very disjointed. Music in odd places. Sentences were choppy and you felt a part of the story was completely taken out.
I can understand that the podcaster felt that this was a cathartic episode for her, however, she is not a professional in mental health. This was just her telling a story, to “get her truth out”, but also to give advice? No. I can understand your “experience”, but leave the advice to the experts.
