We get it. Being a mom is full-on and full-time. Equal parts FUN and WTF. Our kids don’t come with instructions, and it’s ok if we don’t have all the answers. We’ll figure it out together. The best advice comes from our favorite experts and doctors, trusted mom friends, and learning on the job. Get your coffee — or wine! — and tune in to hear us spill it all. We got this. This is MOM BRAIN with Hilaria Baldwin and Daphne Oz.

Refreshing Podcast

Out of all the mom/ parenting podcast this one speaks to me ! It’s so authentic . Hilary and Daphne have an amazing chemistry ! I enjoy their guest and their conversations. It’s a nice to see different types of guest other than celebrities. It’s a balance of nutritionist, doctors, and entrepreneurs. It’s so refreshing to hear interviews like that .

Thank you!

I just wanted to say that as a mom of 3 (3 year old twin girls and a seven month old girl), I find your podcast so helpful. I am a pediatric neuropsychologist, and even though I know the research, there is certainly a disconnect between best practices and the reality of day to day parenting. I find your podcast supportive, humorous, and realistic. Thank you for all you do in supporting parents.

Love this podcast but have one small issue

Love this podcast and as an expectant mamma, the episodes have been so helpful, fun and relatable! One thing that bothers me is that Hilaria always talks about herself, often dominates the conversation, and doesn’t allow much time for the guest to speak. I like Hilaria and enjoy her personal stories, but in moderation! While Daphne has been on Mat leave, it’s become increasingly apparent. Hilaria, please be aware of your guests expertise and that the audience is interested in hearing what they have to say, you probably don’t realize u are doing it.
