*LIVE* How To Stay Sane in The Kitchen - Meal Ideas + Recipes for Busy Moms
Hi mamas!
This week caught up to me. With schedules running rampant, it's hard to know where to even start when it comes to cooking for your family. In this episode, I offer some recipes of my own, as well as tips and tricks I use to stay sane while working 70+ hours per week and still maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.
I recorded this live.. in my car.. because I want to bring you some of the realness that comes with being an Army mom, launching a business, raising a toddler, being a spouse, and self-improvement all at the same time. It's intense! And I want to thank you for tuning in and for your continued support!
Recipes will be uploaded this week, and in the meantime, you can find other recipes as well as full-on meal plans at The Balance Lab Experiment
Stay balanced, mamas!
xoxo,
