006: Melinda Grimaldi - Operating At A Higher Level, Dealing with "Mom Guilt", The Importance Of Estate Planning & Increasing Efficiency

In this episode I interview a woman I strongly admire - Melinda Grimaldi. She is a successful attorney who was able to grow her practice all of that while offering value to others through her multiple free workshops. She is also a mother of two young children and resides with them and her husband in Hollywood, Florida.
Melinda is an open book and goes in detail about changes she had to make to her business, how she adjusted her life with the arrival of her first AND second kid, how she hired her first nanny and how she learned to delegate and more. Most importantly, she explains the importance of estate planning and how important it is to plan in advance. I personally learned a LOT from that episode as she dropped a lot of knowledge!
