Monday | 11/9/2020 | The News, The Business & Monday Morning w/ Bob Lockwood Good Morning Aurora

    • Daily News

We chopped it up over Dunkin' this morning! Today we spoke with Mr. Bob Lockwood about Aurora Business United, staying ready for opportunity and the business scene. This was Bob's second interview and he gave us updates on the presentations and workshops coming up in the city. Because of the pandemic many venues for business professionals have moved online. The grit & grind of entrepreneurship and success have not however. There are opportunities big and small and healthy partnerships on a local level are the driving force. From authors to those in the trades; Aurora Business United has been a gathering place for them all. Last week Bob did some independent filming and promotion so we got an update on that and what's to come!

Shouts go out to our friends at Vizo Arts & Cotton Seed Creative Exchange for their successful event on 1st Friday. Also don't forget about the hats, coats & gloves drive from CAAN & Marie Wilkinson's Food Pantry. They've been excellent in giving back to our city. Art by Maureen Gasek is on display at Gary Brown Art, shouts out to Aurora Public Art and ACTS (A Call To Shoulders). CVN (Cycle Vision Network) what up! Much love to all Aurora artists and authors. Stay tuned for another great interview tomorrow on the 2nd largest city's 1st daily news show. Peace!
