Monday | 12/7/2020 | Aurora Township & Serving The Community w/ Alex Arroyo Good Morning Aurora
-
- Daily News
On today’s episode of Good Morning Aurora we learned about the old Aurora and the new. We were glad to be joined on the show by Mr. Alex Arroyo, candidate for Aurora Township Supervisor. Like many residents we weren’t exactly sure what Aurora Township does, it’s history or its roles and duties. Getting to know Alex was fun and informative as well. He’s got a lot of Aurora knowledge and history to share. Being born and raised in Aurora has instilled in Alex a blue-collar perspective. As a member of the East Aurora school board, his contributions to the overall team effort have really benefited Aurora. He’s also one of many people who were involved in what is now Benavides STEAM Academy (Indian Trail Court Shopping Center). We wish Alex a lot of luck in the election which is April 6th of next year!
Shouts go out to our friends of Cotton Seed Creative Exchange, Aurora Business United and YeeTee Station. Shouts go out to all small businesses in Aurora and congratulations on the new businesses that have opened. Please check out City of Aurora, Invest Aurora and Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce resources. The ‘Elf On The Shelf’ donation drive and CAAN Network drives (see posted social media) are in effect as well. If you’re able to donate to those less fortunate please do. It is much appreciated! Click the link below to listen to the episode. Shout out to the Aurora Food Pantry and Tredwell. Stay tuned tomorrow for another great episode! Peace!
