FBI agents inform Adrian that his financial advisor, Lance, has disappeared with all of his money. As Adrian begins to process the news, he gets a visit from Eddie, another of Lance’s victims. Eddie pitches Adrian on the idea of tracking down Lance using facial recognition software….and then killing him for his trespass.

Adrian brings the news to Eddie, who is only too happy to join forces to exact revenge.

The three steal the exchange’s hot wallet in the middle of the night. Their success raises alarm bells at ExchangePro. Adrian, Eddie, and Alan sell the crypto for cash, and become multi millionaires.

Episode 6 of 9: Sergei Comes Knocking
Adrian takes Mia away on a weekend getaway as Sergei goes on a hunt to find out who stole the six million dollars in stolen Bitcoin. As expected, Adrian gets fired from his job and pays a visit to Ashley's father to pay him back for his lost cash in the Ponzi scheme. Sergei finally tracks down Adrian and Eddie, giving them a scare when he threatens to kill them. He gives Adrian a thumb drive and tells him that his boss, Vladimir Durov, has a job for them to do. Adrian must slip the drive into the server banks at Xanadu Systems, and then they are all square.

A Pleasant Surprise!
I didn’t think I’d particularly enjoy this podcast, as I’m usually not into audio plays, I wished initially that the episodes were longer, and the whole bitcoin phenomenon mystifies me. But just halfway through the first episode, I realized I was into it. The voice acting and foley work in general are excellent, with natural dialogue and sound effects doing an excellent job of telling the whole story without feeling like I’m listening to words on paper, if that makes sense. Some plot points are a little rushed and could have been developed a bit more, but all in all, I sat in my driveway for 10 minutes to listen to the last episode even after finishing my commute, and that says a lot. You won’t regret giving this podcast a listen!
