    -The most important resource
There are many tasks we do in our lives and businesses we could delegate to someone else. How do we overcome the mindset blocks that stop us from taking them off our plates?

Don't Get Locked Into a Bad Rate: This Is the Right Way to Do a Syndication w/Jason Yarusi

Don't Get Locked Into a Bad Rate: This Is the Right Way to Do a Syndication w/Jason Yarusi

Syndication has always been an attractive vehicle for investors. You benefit from economies of scale without giving up a ton of money and get access to deals you couldn’t if you did it alone.

The only problem is: the economy we’re in has put massive stress on the model. Syndication relies on a solid exit, but it can be hard to achieve in an unpredictable market.

Banks are having a hard time pricing deals in this environment. Investors run the risk of being locked into a bad rate, with a pricey exit. The vehicle is also prone to fear and greed which can tank the value of an investment.

Is there a way to build flexibility into the deal so you’re not stuck in the market? Will syndication survive investors pulling their liquidity out? In this episode, Private Fund Manager, Jason Yarusi shares how he’s accumulated 2700+ apartments in 7 years, his incredible backstory, and why he wakes up at 4:32 am every single day. We also discuss the weaknesses of syndication and the strategies Jason put in place to mitigate them in advance.

In order to safeguard our syndications, we take flexibility into account with the deals we’re doing. It gives us an opportunity to react to the market instead of being stuck in it. -Jason Yarusi

Things You’ll Learn In This Episode

    - 4-3-2-1 Go
After constantly repeating chaotic cycles and getting burned out on transactional jobs, how did Jason change his life? Why does he wake up at 4:32 am every single day?

    -Succeed, amplify then build momentum
So many people are doing syndications, but they aren’t all built the same. How did Jason get the process dialed in before he expanded?

    -Protect against fear and greed
Life happens and people will need liquidity. This typically leads to solid investments losing their value. Is there a way to set-up a syndication so people can’t prematurely pull money out?

    -How to safeguard syndication
With everything happening in the economy, it’s easy for an investor to get locked into a  bad deal. Can we build in flexibility even if it’s more pricey on the front end?

How To Turn $500 Into $500,000 With Uninterrupted COMPOUND INTEREST

How To Turn $500 Into $500,000 With Uninterrupted COMPOUND INTEREST

It may be hard to believe, but a penny doubled over time can make you more money than a pile of $500,000 right now. What makes this possible is one simple yet powerful thing called compound interest.

It gives you the ability to multiply your money overtime, and turn one small investment into a whole lot of money. No wonder Einstein called it the 8th wonder of the world!

For all the power that compound interest has, it’s still misunderstood and totally underutilized. How does this powerful financial force actually work? What financial vehicle gives us both compound interest and access to capital for investments?

In this episode, I show you how compound interest can allow you to turn $500 into $500,000.

We’re the only ones who have been taught to give up control of our money, put it somewhere and let it sit and lose the opportunity to take advantage of new investments. -Chris Naugle

Three Things You’ll Learn In This Episode

-The smartest way to build wealth
Compound interest is one of the most underestimated phenomena in the world. How can you multiply your money by doing one simple thing?

-Get the best of both worlds
The problem with popular investment vehicles is the flow of compound interest gets interrupted every time you take money out. Is there a way we can take money out to invest and keep building interest at the same time?

-Average vs. actual rate of return
A lot of the financial vehicles people flock to promise a high return, but when you take a closer look, do you actually end up with a lot less?

True Mentor!

Chris is one of a kind, he practiced what he preached. Big time Money mentor but very friendly, reachable, genuinely willing to help especially to a rookie individuals with tight/limited funds. I’m so blessed I stumbled on TMM. Started following them then I got a paradigm shift. Started my first policy, got delayed due to health record issues but I didn’t give up because I truly understand what’s on the other side & their support. Now, I’m on to my 2nd policy. My 2 boys even my wife who has a high wall when it comes with non traditional money topics routinely talked to me about finance planning now. Loved it! Keep it coming Chris you’re on 🔥 🤙🏼

Don’t Miss the Boat

I came across Chris and his excitement for the IBC on YouTube. Not knowing anything about the IBC, I purchased his books and was immediately drawn on how I could begin using this concept. During this same time I came across another amazing person Devin Burr aka Mr. Brrr, who has also taken the time to explain how he became involved and where he is today. This community is AMAZING! My only regret is that I wish I knew about this 20 years ago. But it is never to late to start!
