Morning Routines The Beautiful Climb with Michelle Knight

If I’m being honest, I have a lot of “beef” with the whole concept of morning routines.
There’s a lot of false expectations around what a morning routine is and what we SHOULD be doing. 
Well, if you know me I frequently say F the shoulds and like to go my own way.
So, today’s episode is about honoring the proven benefit of a morning routine while also giving you permission, inspiration and a little framework to make it your own.
If you’ve struggled with a morning routine in the past or feel you’re due for a change, I’ve got you! I’ve had a wild roller coaster ride with morning routines over the years and have learned a thing or two (or ten).
From my morning routine while working a 9 to 5 with a baby.
To my morning routine when I left my 9 to 5, but suddenly had a child that got into everything.
From changing my routine when we started traveling.
To my current routine, when I honestly have all the time in the world.
I’ve been there, done that and want to share the journey with you today.
