34. ELIZABETH & DALE on Sweat with Sweats & Cultivating a Community through Fitness Mostly Balanced

    • Relationships

Welcome back! Today we're chatting with Elizabeth Endres and Dale Borchiver of Sweats and the City - everyone's go-to health, wellness, and class review destination.  They share the story of how Sweats and the City came to be and how they grew it into what it is today.  We also get to hear all about their new online workout platform, Sweat with Sweats, where they are truly cultivating a sense of community through virtual fitness.

E&D open up about their journey as entrepreneurs and about why they think it is important to share all aspects of themselves with their community.  They have evolved from a fitness-focused Instagram to an all-encompassing business that their followers count on for their real and honest opinions.

We hear their thoughts about how the fitness industry is changing, the importance of prioritizing your mental health, "woo-woo" practices that Elizabeth has leaned into, and why Dale sometimes thinks she has some "Gen Z" in her.  Later in the episode we get to know even more about their lives outside of work, learning their must-have qualities in a significant other, the foods they cannot live without, drug-store products they love, and what advice they would give to their younger selves.

You can find Elizabeth & Dale on Instagram @sweatsandthecity or on their website, and you can now sweat with them LIVE on the Sweat with Sweats platform.  You an also head here to find all their class reviews or check out their workout from home roadmap.
