Rad punk rock pod!

this is a rad pod! give it a spin. good interviews with great bands! been looking for a pod like this for a long time...

Just awful

I searched for any podcasts on the Menzingers & this came up. This dude yaps more than the people he's "interviewing" & I use that word lightly. This time was in a back alley. When he's not name dropping or trying to big time him, he gives backhanded compliments & it's super awkward. He kept calling their album 'Chamberlain Waiting'. Way to do your research. Tom was being so nice & never did correct him. It's a shame cause there's not much out there on the Menzingers but don't bother with this trite garbage.

Helping keep punk alive

I discovered this podcast last night while looking for new (music related) podcasts instead of the usual political podcasts that I normally listen to. I work in a warehouse so I spend a lot of time listening to music and podcasts. The first one I listened to was with the Bouncing Souls. After that, I was hooked! I listened to this podcast for my entire 8 hour shift today. I'm about the same age as Damien and we both got into punk rock around the same time. It's great to hear (new) interviews with bands that I've been listening to for nearly 20 years, to hear what they do in their personal lives away from the band, tour stories and how they've kept it going for so long especially after the "heyday" of punk. You can tell through his interviews that he is a true fan of the bands and genre and wants to help keep punk alive. I'm looking forward to new interviews with more bands and with people working within the punk/hardcore/ska genre. Keep it up!
