Humans need growth in every capacity: spiritually, intellectually, physically, and emotionally. Development in all four areas is key to a healthy life. And contribution is the act of looking beyond oneself, going beyond one's own needs, and giving to others with no hopes for or expected personal gain. It's contributing to other people, a cause, or to a movement. It's a way to leave a legacy, a mark on the world, to make a difference.


Join me as I discuss the positive and negative ways I fulfill my need for growth & contribution as a mother of 3. I hope this brings perspective to the way this need is (or is not) being filled in your life.
