    My Story

    For the first time in such depth, Melissa opens up to discuss her early life growing up in Syracuse, New York and making the bold decision to move to NYC in her early 20’s. From her time working at the Chanel counter at Bloomingdales, through cocktail waitressing at Marquee and navigating the modeling industry, she realized her passion for the world of wellness. During this time through mindful movement and meditation, she found a new way of living and knew there was no going back. From marriage, to motherhood, to building her business - which started by simply filming her workouts with a $24 tripod in her living room. She gets raw and vulnerable as she takes you through her past and her journey to become the woman she is today.

Her nonjudgmental, open minded, loving personality and energy comes across on the podcast. I especially loved listening to her and Noah speak to each other and how accepting they were with each other.
